It is the objective of Robbie, who leads the team at The Bridge, to offer wines and cocktails that match up to the range and quality of our food. We have developed an excellent wine list that we believe meets the needs of the most discerning palate whilst still offering excellent value. Robbie is especially interested in cocktails, and learnt the art of mixology whilst working in America, and created cocktails that are still used by those establishments today.
