Croeso! The Bridge, built circa 1536 as a brewery, has enjoyed a dramatic make over following its purchase by the owners of the Oriel Country hotel and Spa, St Asaph. It opened its doors on the 4th December 2009 as a family gastro-pub. The refurbishment and layout has been dictated by its 16th century architecture and purpose while the outside remains unchanged, the interior has been brought up-to-date by introducing modern levels of design and comfort. The building is constructed on three levels, with a cocktail bar and small library with log fire on the ground floor. This leads to the next level eating area and finally to the top level restaurant where, some 400 years ago, beer was brewed.
